03 / KEEP YOUR CLIENT IN THE LOOP

Make working with you
feel effortless.

Your client shouldn’t have to search their inbox to find the latest update. Give them a project link with the documents, messages, and deliverables you’ve shared.

  • A place to catch up on the project
  • A conversation that stays with the work
  • Shared documents they can open in their browser

04 / FINISH WITH A CLEAR NEXT STEP

You’ve done the work.
Make payment simple.

Send a professional invoice for a deposit or final balance. Your client opens a link, sees what’s due, and can pay by card when you connect Stripe.

  • Track sent, paid, and outstanding invoices
  • Download a PDF when your client needs one
  • Record approved extras with change orders

Invoicing and card payments are available on Free. Card and processing fees apply; see pricing below.

THE WHOLE RELATIONSHIP

From the first hello
to the final invoice.

Every client job follows the same arc. PaloWorks keeps each step on one project.

  1. Send an intake link. Goals, details and the deadline arrive in one place.

  2. Deliverables, revision rounds and price, approved by your client before work begins.

  3. Pro

Lay out phases and key dates on a timeline you can adjust as plans change.

  4. One portal link shows your client progress, documents and what’s waiting on them.

  5. Invoice the deposit or the balance. Clients can pay by card once you connect Stripe.

OUR COMMITMENTS

Promises we keep,
in writing.

Each one is backed by our policies or by how the product works. Follow the link to check.

What you can check before you trust us

PaloWorks is new. There are no customer quotes on this page because there are no customers to quote, and a made-up one would be the first thing you couldn't trust us on. So here is the checkable version instead — every number below is a thing the product does, not a thing we measured.

  1. Intake
  2. Scope
  3. Contract
  4. Time
  5. Invoice
  6. Paid

One workspace covers the whole job, and nothing in that row is on a roadmap. Intake links, scopes, revision tracking, invoices, and card payments are on the free tier — capped at 1 client and 3 active projects. Pro is $4.99 the first month, then $19/mo, or $99 the first year, then $16/mo billed yearly. It lifts the caps and adds contracts, time tracking, calendar, reports, planner, intake templates, multiple tax rates, draft from intake, and api and assistant access.

8

documents your client can open without an account

Intake form, scope, agreement to sign, invoice, change order, statement of account, project status page, and a portal holding all of them — each a plain link that opens in any browser tab. The agreement to sign (Pro) is the only one that needs a paid plan.

0

client logins required

Nothing for them to install, no password to reset, no seat to pay for. You share a URL and they read it.

$0

PaloWorks fee on a client payment

No PaloWorks fee on client payments. Card or bank, you pay only Stripe's standard processing fees, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account.

JSON + CSV

ways your data walks out the door

One click in Settings exports the entire workspace as JSON. Clients, invoices, payments, and time entries also export as CSV.

Payments land in your Stripe account

You connect your own Stripe account. Card payments on your invoices are charged directly against it, so the money settles into your bank and your client sees your business name on their statement. It never sits in a PaloWorks balance, which means there is no payout schedule of ours for you to wait on, and we take no cut of the charge.

Leaving is a button, not a support ticket

Settings → Export returns one JSON file containing every client, project, intake, scope, contract, revision, time entry, invoice, line item, and payment in your workspace. No waiting period, no request form, no tier that unlocks it. Read what we do and don't claim on the security page.

PaloWorks is built, sold, and supported by Ferrier Industries LLC — a one-person company, under that name only.

No parent company, no reseller, no white-label. Whatever this page claims, the same one entity is on the hook for it.

GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.

A few things you might be wondering.

Is PaloWorks a good fit for my business?

PaloWorks is built for freelancers and small studios delivering project work for clients: designers, photographers, writers, consultants, and other service businesses. It brings the brief, scope, project plan, client conversation, and invoice together.

What can I do on Free?

Free includes one client, three live projects, with intake, scope, revision tracking, change orders, and invoices. You can connect Stripe and accept card payments. You do not need a credit card to create your workspace.

Are the calendar and Gantt chart included on Free?

Calendar and Gantt planning are on Pro and Studio, along with unlimited clients and projects, e-sign agreements, time tracking, and client status links. Pro is $4.99 the first month, then $19/mo, or $99 the first year, then $16/mo billed yearly. Studio ($10.99 first month, then $49/mo) adds three team seats and document branding.

Do my clients need to create an account?

Your clients can open the project and document links you share in their browser. They can submit an intake, review a scope, sign a shared agreement, or open an invoice without creating a PaloWorks workspace.

How do client payments work?

Connect your Stripe account to accept card payments, including on Free. No PaloWorks fee on client payments — you pay only Stripe's standard processing fees, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account. You can also download invoice PDFs and record payments received outside PaloWorks.

Are agreements signed in PaloWorks binding?

PaloWorks provides e-signature tools and keeps a signing record: the time, IP address, browser, and a fingerprint of the exact document signed. Whether a particular agreement is enforceable depends on its terms and the law where you and your client work. PaloWorks is not a law firm and does not give legal advice, so have a lawyer review your templates before important work.

Can I try it before moving my client work?

Yes. Explore the sample project from this page without adding your own data. Then start a free workspace with one client and see how the workflow fits your business.

What if a paid plan isn’t the right fit?

14-day refund of your first Pro or Studio subscription payment, in full. Email support@paloworks.com for help. You can cancel your subscription from Settings. After downgrading, existing work stays readable, and Free limits apply to new work.
