There are no customer quotes on this page because there are no customers to quote, and a made-up one would be the first thing you couldn't trust us on. So here is the checkable version instead — every number below is a thing the product does, not a thing we measured.
One workspace covers the whole job, and nothing in that row is on a roadmap. Intake links, scopes, revision tracking, invoices, and card payments are on the free tier — capped at 1 client and 3 active projects. Pro is $4.99 the first month, then $19/mo, or $99 the first year, then $16/mo billed yearly. It lifts the caps and adds contracts, time tracking, calendar, reports, planner, intake templates, multiple tax rates, draft from intake, and api and assistant access.

documents your client can open without an account
Intake form, scope, agreement to sign, invoice, change order, statement of account, project status page, and a portal holding all of them — each a plain link that opens in any browser tab. The agreement to sign (Pro) is the only one that needs a paid plan.

PaloWorks fee on a client payment
No PaloWorks fee on client payments. Card or bank, you pay only Stripe's standard processing fees, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account.
JSON + CSV
ways your data walks out the door
One click in Settings exports the entire workspace as JSON. Clients, invoices, payments, and time entries also export as CSV.
You connect your own Stripe account. Card payments on your invoices are charged directly against it, so the money settles into your bank and your client sees your business name on their statement. It never sits in a PaloWorks balance, which means there is no payout schedule of ours for you to wait on, and we take no cut of the charge.
Settings → Export returns one JSON file containing every client, project, intake, scope, contract, revision, time entry, invoice, line item, and payment in your workspace. No waiting period, no request form, no tier that unlocks it. Read what we do and don't claim on the security page.
PaloWorks is built, sold, and supported by Ferrier Industries LLC — a one-person company, under that name only.

GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.
PaloWorks is built for freelancers and small studios delivering project work for clients: designers, photographers, writers, consultants, and other service businesses. It brings the brief, scope, project plan, client conversation, and invoice together.
Free includes one client, three live projects, with intake, scope, revision tracking, change orders, and invoices. You can connect Stripe and accept card payments. You do not need a credit card to create your workspace.
Calendar and Gantt planning are on Pro and Studio, along with unlimited clients and projects, e-sign agreements, time tracking, and client status links. Pro is $4.99 the first month, then $19/mo, or $99 the first year, then $16/mo billed yearly. Studio ($10.99 first month, then $49/mo) adds three team seats and document branding.
Your clients can open the project and document links you share in their browser. They can submit an intake, review a scope, sign a shared agreement, or open an invoice without creating a PaloWorks workspace.
Connect your Stripe account to accept card payments, including on Free. No PaloWorks fee on client payments — you pay only Stripe's standard processing fees, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account. You can also download invoice PDFs and record payments received outside PaloWorks.
PaloWorks provides e-signature tools and keeps a signing record: the time, IP address, browser, and a fingerprint of the exact document signed. Whether a particular agreement is enforceable depends on its terms and the law where you and your client work. PaloWorks is not a law firm and does not give legal advice, so have a lawyer review your templates before important work.
Yes. Explore the sample project from this page without adding your own data. Then start a free workspace with one client and see how the workflow fits your business.
